What we collect
Your shop details, staff logins, and the records you enter: customers, repairs, intake device photos, sales, stock, phones (including IMEI numbers and seller CNIC verification details), suppliers, and expenses.
How we use it
Exclusively to operate the Mobwala software for your shop — showing your records, generating receipts, sending WhatsApp reminders, and calculating reports. We never sell your data or use your customers' phone numbers for advertising.
Who can see it
Every shop's database records are strictly isolated: only your verified shop users can access them. Within your shop, permissions are governed by role settings (Owner, Manager, Technician, Cashier).
Your customers' data
You are responsible for obtaining customer details lawfully. Seller identification and photo intake are used strictly to establish verifiable ownership of devices.
Security
All network communications are strictly HTTPS-encrypted and passwords are cryptographic hashes. We recommend using unique passwords and deactivating accounts when staff depart.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is securely retained while your account is active. If you discontinue service, you can request an export or complete deletion at any time.
