Do I need to install anything? +

No. Mobwala runs in your browser on any computer, laptop or phone. Your data is saved online, so you can check your shop from home too.

How does the free trial work? +

Sign up, pick your modules and use everything free for 14 days. No card needed. Before the trial ends we'll show you how to pay.

How do I pay? +

Monthly by bank transfer or mobile wallet. Send the transaction reference and your account is extended — you can also pay for several months at once.

Can I change my modules later? +

Yes. Add or remove modules any time — for example start with repairs and add phone buying & selling later. Your monthly fee changes from the next payment.

Can my staff use it? +

Yes. Every staff member gets their own login with a role — Owner, Manager, Technician or Cashier — so cashiers never see your costs and profit.

What happens if I don't pay on time? +

You get a reminder 3 days before the due date and 3 extra days after it. After that your account becomes read-only — you can still see all your data, and everything unlocks as soon as you pay.

How does Refer & earn work? +

Every account gets a referral link and QR code under Settings → Refer & earn. When a shop signs up through your link and makes its first payment, you earn a cash reward, paid to your bank or wallet — or taken off your own subscription.

Is my shop's data private? +

Yes. Every shop only ever sees its own customers, stock, repairs and sales. We never share your data.
